Sugar Free Homemade Ice Cream
Delicious homemade ice cream with keto friendly sweetener. Use raw milk, whole milk, or almond milk.

1 Mixing bowl
1 Measuring Cup
1 Measuring utensils
1 Whisk
1 Ice Cream Machine
- 2 Cups Whole Milk or Raw Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Cocounut Milk (full fat)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Stevia Sweetener adjust to your liking
- 1 bag Ice you most likely won't use the whole bag
- 1 box Ice Cream Salt you most likely won't use the whole box
Place the ice cream machine container in the fridge for 30 minutes before you want to make the ice cream (optional)
Combine the 2 Cups of milk, 1 Cup of Coconut Milk, 2 tsp of Vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of Liquid Stevia Sweetener and whisk together.
Either place the bowl covered in the fridge until you are ready to make the ice cream or pour it into the ice cream machine container.
Add ice and ice cream salt in the machine around the container alternating as you go. Make sure to put enough in that the ice level is higher than the ice cream mixture level.
Run the ice cream machine until it stops churning. Add ice and salt as needed.
Wipe off all the salt from the ice cream container before opening the lid and then spoon the ice cream into bowls.
Add in your favorite mix-ins and enjoy!
